hey Brandon, in your other videos you tell us to make 10-12 reps, shouldn’t you make less reps if you want to gain muscles fast, or will they still come fast by making more reps?

Hey man, before I watched the video I’ve been doing something very similar to this. I have time on my hands and I have been doing, only problem is I’m not very consistent because somedays I will do something different and I won’t do weights and H.I.I.T.. If I really wanna see results should I stay consistent and just do this everyday? I’m really trying to burn fat and I’m starting to get discouraged and I’m worried that this won’t workout for me.
on the first tricep exercise here, what kind of grip is it, away or toward you?

I’ve only got dunbells, ab king, and bench press, so im limited to the amount of exercises i can do, im really amped to get big before summer, though gym is too expensive, so working out at home is my choice

@mudpuppy124 You should try doing your cardio before your weight lifting workout. Simply to warm up , and engage a better blood circulation , I’m usually stronger after doin cardio , simply cause i’m well warm’d up and blood circulates faster . Try it , I swear it works.
