@younanproductions Hi. You need to set internet settings for different network. Sometimes you need to upload generic firmware.

  • FastGSMServer

Yes your phone seems to be unlocked. You just need to upload generic firmware and/or upload network settings. Unlocking is not needed.

my phone works perfect with AT&T. i can make a call & send messages but the prob is i cant browse a site or open the internet it wont allow me to. and some features of the phone is different from what i have just like the keypad to write messages, what i have is the keyboard type and the other has this numeric keypad type. somebody said in one forum tht my phone might be unlocked.
so is my phone really unlocked? i guess its better to ask first than spending money for nothing right? thanks

Hello, PUK code is simcard code, This code is stored in simcard and has nothing to do with phone lock. we cannot read this code. You should contact your operator.

  • Lewiswoolley

    Is this how to unlock?

Stull comes up saying PUK code?

I dunno how to fix it?

  • FastGSMSupport

hi, try to touch # after you typed unfreeze code. in case you still getting problems, contact our support by email, we will sort it out.

  • mrsnetty11

hi i get the phone freeze sim unavailable please contact service provider. when i press call and put in my unfreeze code nothing happens

  • FastGSMServer

On our webpage we clearly states that you need 32bit version of Wndows Vista/7 or XP There is not 64bit version of driver for Samsung therefor nobody can read unlock/unfreeze codes under 64bit operating system.

  • FastGSMServer

Hi. You need to unlock/unfreeze your phone only in case it shows Network Lock or Phone Freeze when you insert your sim card.

so i can’t follow the step from your support, i go searching about 64-bit version DPInst.exe,i have to pay another $29.99 for the fucking program..so i stop,i want to know did i do right before i spend all the money n it maybe not work???
